Kitsilano New Buildings and Assignment Properties
Unitil recently most of the New Building and Condo market has been focused on Vancouver's Downtown Real Estate Market. As Realtors who not only sell downtown but also in Kitsilano and the Westside region, it's great to see more new apartment building projects approved for areas such as Fairview, Cambie, False Creek, Kitsilano, Dunbar and the Arbutus Walk areas. Developers are constantly looking for land to develop as space downtown becomes more scarce, Westside development seems to be the next alternative. With the introduction of Mantra, Kore, Vine and Crossroads among many others, we'll have a great selection in the coming years.
Often we would have clients who were interested in the quieter, more relaxed community offered on the Westside but they were also interested in New Homes to live in. As Realtors helping clients find the perfect home this would be a difficult task, especially with the limited suply over the past few years.
