This 2007 year I'm going to make a point of blogging about properties I feel are great deals to purchase. In most cases when I post a message about a good investment it's usually a newer construction/building I feel has great potential for returns over time. I'm working everyday as a Realtor in Vancouver and know the market very well and have the ability to strongly predict what buildings will have good return on investment.

Yaletown Park is a group of three apartment buildings/townhouses located at Homer St & Smithe. Just recently the first tower completed (928 homer St) and there are a number of units currently for sale by people who purchased the pre-constructions. I believe so much in these buildings that i went out and purchased one of them myself (2410). I believe these units will increase in value over the next few years.  I would be typing for a while if i went into all the details why i think these condos will increase in value so if you want more info email me or call.
