Jacob Krause & Mike Rampf from The Residential Group (TRG) have just put out another Digger website featuring the Vine Condo Development. Yes, it's almost here! If everything goes as planned the Vine Condo Project should be completing by the end of 2007. It's not often we see a new building going up in Kitsilano, especailly a concrete hi-rise. The Vine Project consists of three towers ranging from 5 to 8 stories high. It's located on the corner of Broadway & Vine St. I believe there are about 133 apartment units consisting of studios, 1 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms. A lot of the Floor Plans also have Dens or Flex rooms too.
