Recently Mike Rampf and myself created a new informational website for the building Donovan. Something i thought was very inovative by Cressy Development was their promotional videos created to promote the building. They created these short movies about life in Vancouver and it features the new H-rise. I watched the video and really liked them. They were posted on Youtub but for some reason they can no longer be found. When the developer site is taken down they could be lost forever. That would be disapointing because they're super cool. I'll keep searching for a version i can post on my website here. In any case, i found this article talking about

The Donovan Apartments and City-homes have recently hit the market and sold out quickly. This project was one of the most awaited releases for 2007. Home buyers and investors lined up to purchase a unit in this new downtown development built by Cressy. Construction on this high-rise building has started and it's starting to take shape. There will be 18 floors of concrete and glass sporting about 152 homes. Expected completion date for this project will be the later part of 2008.
